- NZD $15 Shipping Fee on Skincare Orders up to $150 - Standard AirMail to Australia (Untracked, app.10 working days).
- FREE STANDARD AIRMAIL untracked shipping on all skincare orders over NZD $150+. We use NZ Post which provides approx.10 business day service from the date the item was shipped. Shipping times vary per destination. A signature is not required for delivery and tracking is not available.
- UNTRACKED STANDARD SHIPPING. There is a flat rate charge of NZD $29 (~ US $19) for this service. We use NZ Post which provides approx. 10-29 business day service from the date the item was shipped. Shipping times vary per destination.

- Delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country.
- Customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
- Compensation cover for damage is up to NZ $250 for tracked parcels. Additional Compensation Cover can be been purchased where the disclosed value is between NZ$250 and NZ$2,000. Please contact us before placing an order exceeding NZ $250.
- International orders: please note that we always recommend paying for tracking. If an untracked parcel goes missing then it won’t be eligible for a refund or replacement.

********************************************************************************************* LOST PARCELS *
Should your parcel not arrive within 15-21 working days, please first use your tracking number provided to track the parcel if any. Following that please email us and we will do our best to locate the parcel for you (not applicable to untracked orders).
We regret that SoSimple cannot take responsibility for any late deliveries due to courier or customs issues, as once the parcel has left us and is out of hands, it is out of our control. However, we will do our best to help you locate the parcel should it be late or lost.
Unfortunately, parcels do very occasionally go missing. We've found that 99% of the time, our courier company is very effective and efficient.
Please note: we cannot send out a new order/refund until NZ Post or Courier Company will retrieve the missing item or confirm it's loss.

All Import duties & taxes are at the cost of the buyer. So please make sure you are aware of your specific country import requirements/standards.
Every country has different rates so it is impossible for us to provide a guideline for this so please ensure you are aware of the costs involved.
* DAMAGED PARCELS *
If you have received your item and it is damaged we would appreciate if you could send us photos so we can pass this information onto Courier Company for investigation and appropriate compensation if applicable.
Please contact us immediately within 2 days of receipt.
NZ Post will require photos of:
- external packaging
- internal packaging
- any damage to the external or internal packaging
- photo showing all contents
- damage to any items
- all labels and bar-codes on the parcel
You'll also need to complete the Damaged Item form attaching the photos using the link.
Enquiries can take up to 90 days for international items as Overseas Postal Authorities are involved in the process.
